Refund policy
Please note returns are only accepted in original packaging, unused, with tags/ labels attached, with 14 days. A refund excluding postage/freight will be made against the original purchase.
SALE ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE
If a garment is the wrong size we will replace it free freight with the garment in a different size. We are unable to accept returns on hats, hair pieces and earings due to Australian health and safety regulations. Cost to return the garment/ goods is at the customers expense.
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded after assessment by the Source Team. Cost to return the item for assessment will be at the customers expense.
Returns will only be accepted for goods purchased from this online store.
Any product being returned must be in its original condition, unused, unmarked, in the original packaging and not defective as a result of misuse. Please note, items that smell of perfume or deodorant, or have make up stains on them will not be accepted as returns.

Non-defective Good Fee.
For warranty claims on non defective goods a $10 non-fault fee will be payable. The customer will have to pay for the $10 shipping cost before the non- faulty item is returned to the customer.
We strongly suggest sending with the SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY add on feature, to prevent any return delivery issues. If for some reason an AUSTPOST investigation is required and signature proof is not required, then we would not be able to process your refund.
